BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends and 3 on Bank Holidays; 3 night minimum stay is required during any conference/exhibition weeks and the 'Pride' weekend. Latest check in is 9pm, earliest check in is 2pm.
All rooms are en-suite (bedrooms 2, 3 and 7 are compact ensuite).
All rooms have digital safe, mini-bar / fridge, telephone, digital TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Included in the bedroom price is either continental, full English or vegetarian breakfast.
Check in is by appointment as there is no permanently manned reception.
Prices for all accommodation are the total bedroom price not the per person rate.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.
On confirmation of the booking your card will be charged for the first night's stay.
On arrival your card will be charged for the duration of your stay.
If the reservation is subsequently cancelled the first night's payment is non-refundable.
If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to your arrival date you may be charged the full amount of the reservation.
